Here at Roamarmor, we ensure a product quality guarantee to assure customer satisfaction.

Our limited product warranty assures customers, the original purchasers, that our products are free from manufacturing defects (workmanship and/or material). 'Manufacturing defects' in this warranty refer to imperfections that impair the utility or structural integrity of the product. This limited warranty is valid for 1 years.

Upon receiving the product, customers must thoroughly inspect it before use and report any manufacturing defects within seven days. If a defect is found during normal use within the covered warranty period, customers should notify Roamarmor about its nature along with proof of purchase. Customers must also provide photographs of the defect (at their own expense) for Roamarmor to assess its extent and determine an efficient resolution.

If replacement is required under this warranty and the defective material or product has been discontinued or is unavailable, Roamarmor reserves the right to select and provide similar merchandise of equal value, offer a full credit for the merchandise, or supply the same material or product for replacement purposes.

WARRANTY IS VOID FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

Normal wear and tear (fading of fabrics/upholstery material is considered normal wear and tear).
Improper maintenance or improper use of product.
Any product modifications by dealer, consumer, or other 3rd parties
Minor variations or differences between website images and product received.
For non-residential purposes (i.e., industrial, commercial, institutional, or rental purposes).
Damage incurred during transportation. (If shipping damage is discovered, you must contact help@roamarmor.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product or this warranty will be void).
Damage incurred during assembling or maintenance.
Damage incurred by acts of God, accidents, or abuse.

The warranty is made SOLELY FOR THE INITIAL PURCHASER of the product and is NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances. It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact Roamarmor for a warranty claim. We advise all purchasers to retain invoices for a minimum of one year for warranty purposes. This warranty supersedes and replaces all implied warranties of merchantability and use for a particular purpose. No representative, employee, or agent of Roamarmor or any other person is authorized to assume any additional liability or responsibility on behalf of Roamarmor in connection with Roamarmor products except as described above. In no event shall Roamarmor be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.
